Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to create your own account. Junior golfers under 13 may use the Service only through a parent or guardian's account, with that parent or guardian's consent and supervision.

Coaches are responsible for verifying they have the appropriate relationship and consent to coach any student they connect with on the platform, including minors.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

SwingRelay is a software platform that helps coaches deliver instruction and helps students track their progress. We are not a party to the coaching relationship itself — the quality, scheduling, and delivery of lessons is between the coach and student. SwingRelay doesn't guarantee coaching outcomes.

Coaches may subscribe to a paid plan to unlock additional features. Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings on the website; you'll retain access through the end of your current billing period.

If you use SwingRelay to accept payments from students for lessons, those payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms. SwingRelay may deduct a platform fee from those payments, as disclosed at checkout.

You retain ownership of the videos, notes, and other content you upload. By uploading content, you grant SwingRelay a license to store, process, and display it as needed to operate the Service (for example, encoding your video for streaming, or showing your annotation to the student it was made for).

If you make your coach profile public, you're responsible for the accuracy of the information and content you choose to display there.

Don't upload content you don't have the right to share, or content that's unlawful, abusive, or violates someone else's privacy.

Please don't use SwingRelay to harass others, attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours, interfere with the Service's operation, or use the platform for anything illegal.

You may stop using SwingRelay and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to other users or the platform.

SwingRelay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SwingRelay isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms occasionally. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through the app before they take effect. Continued use of SwingRelay after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
